Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Ternyx is a small agency. We collect the minimum we need to answer your inquiry, and nothing more.
What we collect and why
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you're interested in, your budget range, and any message you write.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, prepare a recommendation and quote, and communicate with you about your project.
How your information is stored
Form submissions are stored in our managed cloud database and are accessible only to Ternyx team members who need them to respond to you.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to serve you or maintain business records, and delete them on request.
We do not sell your data
Ternyx does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with the service providers that operate our website and database, and only to the extent needed to run those services — or where required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record standard technical request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Marketing services we run for clients
When we manage advertising campaigns on a client's behalf, those campaigns run on third-party platforms (such as Meta and Instagram) under those platforms' own privacy terms. This policy covers only data collected through ternyxco.net.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or permanently delete the information you submitted.
Email hello@ternyxco.net with your request and we'll confirm within one business day.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date below always reflects the current version.
